Hotel Restrictions, Policies, Regulations & Accessibility
We aim to provide our guests with an exceptional hotel experience from start to finish. These policies are an integral part of our reservation agreement with you. By reading and signing your hotel registration, you agree to abide by our policies, terms, conditions, and procedures. These policies are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests while ensuring awareness of regulations.
No Party Policy
Parties are strictly prohibited in villas, rooms, or private pool areas at any time. Loud music, including speakers, DJ equipment, or live bands, is not permitted. Any party requirements must be coordinated directly with the hotel and are only allowed in designated event areas, subject to standard surcharges, taxes, and fees. The hotel reserves the right to issue warnings and take further measures to prevent disturbances.
Maximum Occupancy Limit
The maximum occupancy limit for all villa and room types is strictly enforced, as detailed on our Rates page and third-party reservation sites. Additional guests beyond the reservation will incur a surcharge based on the maximum allowed in the reserved villa or room type. If additional guests exceed the maximum allowed, additional reservations will be required, subject to availability.
Smoking, Fire, and Fireworks Regulations
Las Verandas Hotel & Villas is entirely smoke-free indoors, prohibiting smoking of tobacco, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or other products. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas, with consideration for other guests and staff members. Open fires and flames are prohibited on hotel property, and fireworks and beach wood fires are managed by the hotel team, subject to standard surcharges, taxes, and fees.
Right to Evictions
Las Verandas Hotel & Villas reserves the right to evict guests related to a reservation for non-compliance with restrictions, regulations, and policies, with forfeiture of all deposits. Registered guests are responsible for any damages caused by accompanying guests during their stay.
Accessibility
While Las Verandas Hotel & Villas is not fully handicap/wheelchair accessible, we offer several accessible features:
- Side ramps to the front lobby drop-off area with luggage assistance
- No steps from the parking area
- Wheelchair-accessible flooring outside and inside Reception
- Seating available in the reception area
- First-level rooms available with a 1-inch entrance step-up
- Some bedroom furniture can be rearranged upon request
- Shower chair available on request
- Balconies accessible by wheelchair with double manual doors
- Laundry services available
- Remote-controlled TVs in all bedrooms
- Internet access available in bedrooms, lobby, and restaurant areas
- Cordless telephones in all bedrooms
- Coffee makers and mini-coolers in all bedrooms
- 24-hour staff assistance
- Emergency evacuation procedure for guests requiring assistance (please notify on arrival)
- Special dietary dishes available on all menus with prior notification; room service available during regular restaurant hours to accommodate wheelchair accessibility.
